Lib Dems Have Stall in Ealing Broadway To Promote A Green Tax Switch
Today, Ealing Liberal Democrat councillors and members gathered in Ealing Broadway to launch their campaign to change the tax system so that it encourages less carbon dioxide production.
At the stall Lib Dems handed out leaflets to explain how residents could cut their energy bills by making simple changes - such as turning off equipment when it is not being used. There were also petitions collected from supporters of changing the tax system.

Nigel Bakhai said: "Lib Dems will cut income tax and switch to green taxes on pollution instead. Then the more you choose to switch to greener living the more money you will save."
Nigel Bakhai added: "It was good to see so many people sign our petition. There are many people in West London who want a change. Lib Dems want to see motorists rewarded if they drive less-polluting vehicles by reducing car tax."
