Ealing Council Admits Failings in Recycling Service

Councillor Gary Malcolm, achieved concessions from the Council to improve its recycling service that many residents recently have made complaints about.

Some of complaints were the simple things such as residents not getting their green boxes or recycling bags returned each week or that collections were missed.

Gary Malcolm said: "Clearly the Council hasn't managed its contractors or its own customer service teams well enough."
