Paddy Ashdown out campaigning for local resident Nigel Bakhai

Former Liberal Democrat leader Paddy Ashdown was out campaigning in Ealing and Southall yesterday with Ming Campbell and local resident Nigel Bakhai.

With polling day fast approaching, Paddy Ashdown was out on the streets helping convert last minute waverers to back Nigel Bakhai.

"Nigel will be an excellent MP for this area - an area which he knows so well from his many years living here and campaigning for the area," said Paddy Ashdown.
