Official: Ealing Council Fail on Street Cleansing and Recycling

This pile of dumped rubbish was left by the Tory council for weeks before taking it away!

Ealing Council is very likely to miss out on over one million pounds of government money for failing to meet targets. The figures were uncovered at a council's scrutiny meeting called: "Council, Business and Community Partnerships Committee"

Andrew Steed, Southfield Lib Dem FOCUS team member, said: "When I walk around the area I see many streets where the road sweeping is not up to scratch."

Andrew added: "The Council recently seems to have forgotten about South Parade, Ramillies Road and Hamilton Road. If you have a road that looks untidy or needs to be swept more often do let us know."
