Community
We've held the Council accountable for creating a safer and fairer Ealing.
- Successfully campaigned for the Southall Youth Adult Centre to be saved.
- Persuaded the Council to cancel light dimming so streets are lighter at night.
- Worked with the Police across the borough to reduce anti-social behaviour and crime.
- Campaigned to get bad Council tree pruning contractors sacked.
- Campaigned with residents to keep Victoria Hall a public space.
- Successful campaigned for the residents at Meath and Marston Court who suffered many housing issues to be addressed and moved to more suitable and safe locations.
Environmentalism
We've been a leading voice in protecting green spaces in Ealing.
- Successfully pushed the Council to agree to hire a Conservation Officer.
- Led local community groups to influence the Council to drop plans to develop on Warren Farm, which is home to at least 20 endangered species.
- Stopped the Council from reducing protection to our Green Belt and Open Spaces (MOLs) for use for potential developments like the Ealing Riding school grounds.
